Concept Black was engaged by AMP to review Retail Activation following the recently completed lobby upgrade and EOT refurbishment. The project brief was to review and find opportunities where multiple tenancies could co-exist and take advantage of the vast north facing courtyard for tenants and patrons.  

Various studies and options were developed to be used by client to prepare financial reports and assessments and future capital works commitment. The design took into consideration existing condition and the recently completed works and make further improvements from client/end-user feedback.
