HOMOGENEOUS BESPOKE DESIGN SOLUTIONS

We partner locally and internationally for indirect procurement to create homogenous bespoke design solutions that complement both architecture and interior design. Through collaboration and industry networking, Concept Black delivers these solutions by custom designing and procuring furniture / soft furnishing packages.

Custom Branding

Creation of custom branding is now readily accessible to our clients. We have all the process in place to deliver a truly unique design with highly detailed aesthetics to suit client’s styling requirements. With relatively low minimum order for the handmade crockery, we could create a unique set for each project with custom colours.

DESIGN PROCUREMENT

We tailor-made everyday objects like we design our space. It starts with hand sketches, making sure the design is simple, in good proportion, has symmetry & is malleable. The rest falls into place with the client’s input & brief, branding, finishes, colours and other details necessary. We manage the procurement process from design, shop drawings, sampling, quality check, packaging, transit and site delivery.

Our Design & Procurement team works with local suppliers & timber yards for recycled, reclaimed & salvaged timbers to be installed by our associates & contractors. Our selection process will ensure it meets all the required performance & fit for purpose use.

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

Our sustainability in design is measured by re-purposing existing fit-outs where possible which directly results in minimising construction wastage, reducing the period of construction as well as utilizing our ‘make what you need’ approach on the furniture procurement.

We often overlook how we use our natural resources and inadvertently create new materials with fewer considerations on construction wastage and pollution as bi-product. We would like to work closely with our clients, asset owners and project managers to include diversity in sustainable solutions by incorporating re-claimed re-purposed timbers / existing materials and showcase design that can be unique, considered and resolved.

NATURAL STONE PALETTE

Natural stone is one of the most widely used building materials that boasts character, longevity and performance. There is now greater access, better quality control and consistency for commercial applications. Concept Black works with a natural stone material palette and collaborates with local stonemasons to introduce traditional stone art into the Australian context, therefore, connecting our clients to a rich cultural background.
