This project completes asset transformation and revitalisation works of ground floor vicinity with the lobby space has become more open, improving both accessibility and sightlines. The use of materiality plays a key role in providing consistencies throughout the space including a linear feature lighting element that connects the horizontal and vertical planes. The brief for prefunction and auditorium is to make the space flexible for events, a variety of activity and casual gatherings like small meetings and lunches. The joinery and seating is design to be ‘pack away’ friendly but maintaining a good corporate feel. Frame bench against the perimeter allows for multifunction use and good breakout space.
