This latest interior design fit-out project for Negroni Woodfired Pizza Restaurant and Bar is inspired by the bold yet earthy tones of the Negroni cocktail and the city of Ferrara, Italy, we aim to make the wood fire oven the centrepiece of the restaurant with the ceiling creating a strong design feature.

We’re particularly interested in creating family, tradition and celebration at the centre of our lifestyle design, making the cognisant decision to historical references of home town, the nostalgia, the architectural elements and the everyday home objects in a modern interpretation way.

The handmade wood fire pizza oven is the heart of the restaurant, designed by us and made by a proud Italian Melbournian artisan wood fire oven maker. ”
