The large footprint of this Penthouse office space was previously under utilised due a cluttered floor plan layout and outdated spaces that no longer served tenant requirements. We were tasked with refurbishing the space to create a modern office environment that offered a balance of corporate amenities and home comforts. 

The floorplan was opened up to maximise natural light, with workstations deliberately placed next to windows to offer staff views of the city and coast from their desks. Two kitchens and multiple breakout spaces take cues from residential design to reshape the mould of the classic office staffroom.
