Southern Cross Precinct comprises of East tower (121 Exhibition St) and West (111 Bourke St) tower with retail precinct at ground plane occupying a full city block grid. Concept Black has been assisting and providing various services & input to Brookfield Properties with asset reviews, strategies for improvements and capital works management.

Some of the works that have been completed include:

  • Safety upgrades 
  • Wayfinding
  • Asset review against PCA 2018 A grade & Greenstar / WELL rating
  • 1 in 10 density, creation of a health and wellbeing centre for its occupants
  • A series of user experience improvements
  • New EOT facilities and a ground floor repositioning strategy.
