The project showcase new typology of 3 storey residential townhouse design as a response to the new normal that allows for greater separation between living spaces, essentially ground floor can be converted into home office or quarantine zone with access to backyard space.

Similarly with the reverse living arrangement, kitchen on first floor will have access to dining area which is connected to balcony allowing spaces with more access to outdoor environment.
